The EuPRAXIA Doctoral Network would like to welcome Hannah Acton, who joined the University of Liverpool's Project T.E.A.M. as Project Manager.
In addition to her scientific communication work within EuPRAXIA-PP, she will also lead communication and training activities within the EuPRAXIA Doctoral Network at the University of Liverpool/Cockcroft Institute.

Hannah graduated from The University of Nottingham in 2016 with a degree in Hispanic Studies, spending time abroad in Colombia and Brazil. During her stay in Colombia, she worked at Universidad del Rosario, assisting with English language and academic writing while organizing cultural events and summer schools. Following her graduation, Hannah returned to Colombia for two years before resuming her career in the UK.
Returning to the UK in 2018, she joined the University of Liverpool’s UK Recruitment Team where she gained experience in organizing large-scale recruitment events and outreach activities. She also completed a master’s in Conference Interpreting and Translation Studies at The University of Leeds in 2021.
Hannah’s passion for cultural exchange led her to France twice, where she worked in schools to support English language learning. Her most recent UK roles included working as Doctoral Training Partnerships Coordinator in the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences at The University of Liverpool and managing recruitment events and workshops within the Manchester Metropolitan University’s UK Recruitment Team.
Hannah’s diverse experience and dedication to education and cultural exchange make her a valuable addition to the team.
Welcome, Hannah!
